A bond clean, also know as an Exit Clean or End Of Lease Clean is a complete and thorough clean of a tenants property before their lease agreement is finished. A specific checklist is often used by Real Estate Agents and Property Managers to ensure that the home has been maintained and cleaned to the RSEI standards for new tenants to move in.
A bond clean includes – Complete kitchen cleaning, including the cupboards, drawers and shelves both internally and externally alongside the splashback, sink, rangehood and Cooktop all being cleaned degreased. The oven requires cleaning and degreasing as part of an end of lease which One Stop Cleaners can offer a solution for.
The bathrooms need a full clean, including soap scum and mould cleaning of the showers and bath. Cleaning of the tiles, vanity & mirror as well as all drainage points. Toilets are sanitised and cleaned thoroughly both in the bowl and also externally around the cistern and pipework.
Walls are spot cleaned and included in the bond cleaning by One Stop Cleaners, if heavy wall washing is required, One Stop Cleaners have trained teams able to quote and complete deep cleaning of walls including removal of grime, dirt, pen and pencil marks etc.
Dusting throughout is required including the cornices, skirtings, walls, and all light fittings and ceiling fans throughout the property.
Window cleaning both internally and externally is required including cleaning of the tracks and dusting of the fly screens which is an additional service offered by One Stop Cleaners.
A Bond Clean varies in price, depending on a number of parameters such as the size of the home, the quantity of bedrooms, bathroom and living areas and the soiling of the property from light soiling through to heavy will impact the price, our trained team will be able to inspect the property or discuss with you over the phone to give you a price for you bond clean needs.

At One Stop Cleaners, the health of our cleaners and our customers is paramount in addition to the importance of looking after the environment has played a big part in this decision to move towards a more natural and eco friendly based product range.
We use a mineral based compound cleaner made locally in Australia for a lot of our general cleaning works, with our fragrances, Toilet cleaners and general wall and floor cleaning products being eco-friendly.
On occasions we are required to use heavier chemicals to get into some deeper grime, mould or dirt but we will advise our clients of this and get their confirmation before use.
Absolutely, At One Stop Cleaners we have a team of trained and professional carpets cleaners who can help to remove stains, smells and grime from your carpets.
The carpet cleaning team are trained in removing stains from coffee, food spills, wine, general grime and dirt, pet urine and much more and can clean your carpets, rugs, and even your couches and upholstery.
Understanding the different types of carpets and stains, the trained team will use specific chemicals and sanitisers or degreasers to lift or dissolve the issue and then using their steam cleaning extraction system they can remove these for you.
It is important to note that in some cases, such as bleach that the carpets can sometimes not be repaired through carpet cleaning due to the bleach actually staining the dye in the carpet, our professional team will be able to view and advise courses of rectification should this be the case.
Wear and Tear is another course whereby the carpet cleaner will be able to help lift and remove dirt, grime and stains, but some carpets are heavily worn, and carpet cleaning will not be sufficient to rectify the carpets and may require replacement.
Something to be mindful of when having carpet cleaning done is that the carpets can be a little damp after the carpet cleaning is completed and can appear raised while they settle. One Stop Cleaners recommends leaving the carpets from tread for 2-3 hours post carpet cleaning to allow the carpets to settle and dry efficiently and adequately before foot traffic commences onto the floors.
