ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
There is nothing more satisfying than being your own boss and having something to call your own, at One Stop Cleaners we support, train and mentor our franchisees to ensure their success. Our streamlined training, support and success manual will guide you through each step of the way throughout the journey into your own business.
You have a dedicated support manager working with you on the day to day business as well as assisting with your bookings, calendar, and client management.
Professional training is provided both in house by our skilled and qualified trainers and on the job, so no prior experience is required as we will train you in all aspects of the business and have a dedicated business development team to help generate new clients as well as assist you in your business.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Cleaning is a physically active business but there are no specific qualifications required to become a successful franchisee. You will be taken through the One Stop Training Program which is an intensive program focused on four key areas – Professional Cleaning, Customer Service, Use of Supplies/Chemicals and mastering the One Stop Franchise System.
Following our support and success manual and working with your dedicated support manager will create a dynamic and successful business for you, whether that is for you alone, for a husband and wife team, or for someone looking to build a large scale business.
FRANCHISEE SUPPORT
The best thing about a One Stop franchise is the back up and support that comes with it! We are a key factor in assisting to find customers for our franchisees. We do this through a variety of ways including website advertising, Facebook marketing and referrals through our existing extensive network of franchisees and vendors such as real estate agents. All of which is completely geared towards maximising the amount of work we can generate to book out our franchisees from week to week. The franchise system is about flexibility. You choose when you want to work and in turn how much you would like to earn.
